Integrated wellbeing connects body, mind and emotions. Results can be magnified by working with a team of other professionals such as nutritionists, acupuncturists, personal trainers, counsellors and physicians for complete and holistic care.
It’s important to educate yourself about your health, so you can be the best version of yourself in all areas of your life. My approach uses osteopathic principles to help you to enhance your wellbeing and continue self-care with manageable steps.
I’m not the ‘click, crunch, firefighter’ type of practitioner.
Instead I support you to listen to your body’s intelligence and implement practices to promote wellness and take responsibility for your health. It’s easier and more rewarding to enhance wellbeing than it is to deal with burnout.
I have a particular passion treating ‘movers’ such as dancers, yoga and pilates teachers, and personal trainers who know their bodies intricately. Another area of interest is in the mind/body field e.g. addressing issues such as anxiety or stress. Treatment can be complementary to other approaches such as psychotherapy or coaching.
